VACANCY ON BRULE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Brule, Nebraska, has declared a vacancy on the Village Board. Pursuant to law, one qualified resident of the Village of Brule shall be appointed by the Village Board of Brule to serve the vacant term, which will expire in December 2028.
All persons interested in being appointed as a Village Trustee should contact the Brule Village Clerk, Tamera Loomis, at the Village of Brule Office, 715 Oak St, during business hours: Mon-Wed-Fri, 2:00 – 6:00 PM. Alternatively, you may contact her via phone at 308-287-2596 or in writing addressed to the Village of Brule, PO Box 100, Brule, NE 69127, to indicate your interest in being appointed as a village trustee.
The Village of Brule Board of Trustees shall consider the appointment of a trustee to fill the existing vacancy at their next regular meeting on March 11, 2025.
Requirements: Must live within the village limits and be a registered voter to serve on the Village of Brule Board of Trustees.
